Can I order sample?
Yes, we can send you sample cuts. Generally our swatches are 4" x 4" but they may be cut as small as 2" x 4".
If I order multiple pieces of the same fabric will the dye lots be the same?
Dye lots can vary especially in printed fabrics. If two or more pieces of the same pattern and color are purchased at the same time we will compare the fabrics before shipping to make sure the fabrics are a match. We will contact you before shipping if there is a problem.
Is there a minimum order?
We sell by the roll. When ordering fabric and or trims, the minimum order is 1 roll per item.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Can I exchange or return my order?
All our fabrics are custom-ordered for you and we regret that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns. We strongly recommend you order a swatch before you place a fabric or trim order.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the estimate ship date. Your credit card will only be charged when your order ships.
For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week via FedEx. We also offer 2nd Day or Next Business Day services for faster delivery on select items.
Memo samples are mailed by first class mail and will take about 7-10 days.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may incur additional shipping charges.
What does it mean if a product is on backorder?
Items that are out of stock or on back order generally become available again within 7 to 10 business days. If you need more specific information about a product's availability date, please contact iclassicmodernfabrics@gmail.com. With out-of-stock items that need to be manufactured, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. We will notify you if an order is going to be delayed for production purposes.
How do you pack the orders?
Depending on the items and yardage selected, fabric is either shipped on a tube or folded in a box or poly mailer.
Can I order from outside US?
Yes. If you live in another country and are interested in having our fabrics shipped to you, please email classicmodernfabrics@gmail.com with your exact address, the fabrics you are interested in and the yardage and we will be able to provide you with a shipping quote!
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Is my Information safe on your site?
We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to third-party websites. We only collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
