Silk taffeta has a crisp, structured hand, so pleats stay sharp and panels hang with clean, tailored lines. Its striped design pairs easily with solid walls and upholstery, so it works in both traditional and modern rooms. Designers use it for living room drapery, bedroom curtains, Roman shades and matching pillows.
