Melvessa is a floral embroidered silk fabric sold by the yard in Treasure and Spice. Made of 100% Silk Dupioni, it comes 54" wide, so full-length panels are easy to plan. Woven from dupioni silk, it has a lightly textured surface with an iridescent glow that changes with the light. Its floral motif is detailed enough to stand out up close, yet calm enough to work across a full wall of drapery. Use it for full-length curtains, Roman shades, cornices, bed skirts or decorative pillows. For the best drape and to protect the silk from sunlight, we recommend lining and interlining your panels.
