Galessa is a two-toned stripe silk fabric sold by the yard in Buttercup, Almond, Chili and 2 more shades. Made of 100% Silk Taffeta, it comes 54" wide, so full-length panels are easy to plan. Taffeta is woven tight for a smooth, crisp finish with a soft sheen that shifts as the light moves through the room. The stripe pattern adds height and structure to a window, a simple way to make ceilings feel taller. It works beautifully for drapery panels, Roman shades, valances, headboards and throw pillows.
